The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between the female parent `Poulcoo`, a non-patented variety created by the same inventors, and the male parent, an unnamed seedling, also created by the same inventors....`Poulhi019` was selected by the inventor as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in 1999.
