Vintage Gardens is now offering this rose. Their note says they will not offer it very often.

A good rose for northern gardens. I have grown this for a few years with just some leaves around the base for winter protection and it comes back every year with little problems. The small to medium sized blooms won't win you anything on the table, but it is a great garden rose that is always in bloom. The color is a very cheery bright red. Foliage is disease resistant, dark, and somewhere between leathery and matte. Very shapely bush which sends strong basal shoots throughout the summer. Medium to tall in height. I consider this a fail proof rose. Great for beginners. The only drawback that I see is that it doesn't have a strong scent - you really have to sniff hard to find it.
