No, it was never introduce in Japan with this trademark. ;)

Our mistake, after double checking, Keisei did released Meitongas with the trademark Belle ROMANTICA® ;)

'MEItongas' is marketed as 'Belle Romantica’ in Japan since 2009.
（This is different from ‘MEIgapencey’）

I agree with you.
The trademark issue when selling in Japan is partly a problem, but it is a really complicated issue.

It is a very nice rosebush - nice splash of colour. Flowers non-stop! Not very tall for the moment ... it's only its second season. Though I'm not sure it'll be as tall as Meilland say ... Still, I like it!
Summer 09 - still not very tall ...
