Marie Bugnet
As Bugnet states in his letter to Frank Skinner Sept 26, 1957, the pollen parent is F. J. Grootendorst. As an aside, if Frank Skinner's recounting of the history of F. J. is correct, it is actually one of his crosses (see Hort Horizons).
As to the seed parent, that is less clear. The HMF content of "Therese Bugnet x seedling" is likely inadequate and, given Bugnet's statement in the letter mentioned above and also the parallel statement by P. J. Hargrave (well known for his accurate research) I believe the safest listing would be 'Betty Bugnet.'

"Today I am mailing to you a layering of Marie Bugnet, a great grand-daughter of your Betty Bland.
Her father is J.F. Grootendorst. Her mother is going here, (for private utility,) under the name of Betty Bugnet and is a daughter of Therese Bugnet which is herself a daughter of Betty Bland.
Marie Bugnet needs rich soil for abundance of blooms. She is, here, subject to a small snout beetle, a kind of bud borer, than most other roses, possibly on account of her strong yet delicate perfume, and also to root galls.
However, you will see if she turns out satisfactory enough for marketing.
If so, you may multiply and sell her at your own pleasure and profit, equally with Therese Bugnet.
For my part, having all the fun of creating and practically no expense, I am not a bit interested in financial returns."

Personal correspondence - Georges Bugnet to Frank L. Skinner, September 26, 1957 - The Province of Manitoba Archives

This quote would mean that the parentages of 'Marie Bugnet' and 'Betty Bugnet' as reported here have to be corrected.
