'PEAfirefly' rose Description

Bloom:
Deep pink. [Light pink.]. None / no fragrance. Average diameter 1.5". Double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Bushy, spreading. Small, glossy, dark green foliage.
Height: 1' to 20" (30 to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for beds and borders, garden or ground cover. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The "Limes"-Series by Pearce is introduced by Rosen-Union in Steinfurth/Bad Nauheim, Germany. "Limes" was the Roman wall of approx. 550 km erected in the 2nd century from the Rhine to the Donau in order to secure the provinces of Germania Superior and Raetia against incursions by the germanic tribes.
