Bloom:
Light pink. Mild to strong fragrance. 25 to 40 petals. Average diameter 2.5". Medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.
Habit:
Thornless (or almost), upright. Height of 5' to 6' (150 to 185 cm). Width of up to 4' (up to 120 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 2b and warmer. Can be used for hedge. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot .
Notes:
The first Explorer rose. The Swedish Rose Society recommends Martin Frobisher for northern Sweden.
Dr. Felicitas Svejda states the parentage to be: open pollination of 'Schneezwerg' [Elliott]
