Origin:
Bred by Jean-Baptiste (père) Guillot (1803-1882) (France, 1866).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1873 as 'Charles Verdier'.
Class:
Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Silvery pink, white edges.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.
