I have this climber, and it does well here in Utah mountains. Maybe it's my eyes, but it's color has a faint tinge of apricot to it. I would say it's medium pale. It blooms profusely and is very fragrant. When fully bloomed,it bleaches out in sun, but in the really hot, hot days, the blooms never get fully open and seem to "sunburn" and darken. If you really want a pale pink, this is probably not the one for you.
