As well as "1. `KORblixmu` has cupped, medium sized flowers, whereas the `un-named seedling` has pointed, large sized flowers. 2. `KORblixmu` has better disease resistance than the `un-named seedling`."
And then there is the foliage. Karen Blixen has some odd foliage for its class and time. I remember when I grew it 20 years ago, that I dug it up hating it because "everything about it seems synthetic".

My own root Polar Express just bloomed a beautiful yellow. In the pat it has always bloomed white or cream. It is still beautiful. I will attempt to upload a photo in the photos section.
