This should definitely be the real thing. Foliage, blooms and plant habit are 100% centifolia, the "foliacea" trait very evident. Interesting and truly rare ancient plant. Picture taken at "Rosa Mundi" garden, Fiumicello, Italy, in May 2011. Courtesy of Romeo Comunello
