Bloom:
Crimson. Mild fragrance. 18 to 22 petals. Average diameter 2". Small to medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, reflexed, ruffled bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Small, long sepals, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, spreading. Small, glossy, dense, leathery foliage. 7 leaflets.
Height: 30" to 36" (75 to 90cm). Width: 24" to 36" (60 to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 10b. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden. Hardy. vigorous. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) . Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
