Discovered by Phillip Robinson (United States).
Class:
Found Rose, Tea.  
Bloom:
Cream.  Strong, lemon, tea rose fragrance.  Very double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact.  Small foliage.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Resist the urge to prune this rose too heavily -- it doesn't like it!.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
"Westside Road Cream Tea" has a resemblance to "Jesse Hildreth"; they may be the same variety, or possibly just closely related. They are being grown "side by side" by at least one HMF contributor; see photos for some comparisons of a young "Jesse Hildreth" plant with a more mature "Westside Road Cream Tea" plant.
