Introduced in France by Cels frères in 1835 as 'Louis Philippe 1er'.
Class:
Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Outer petals white.  Moderate, tea fragrance.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Identical with 'Cels multiflore'?
