'Orange Triumph, Cl.' rose Reviews & Comments

It kinda irks me that the Antique Rose Emporium describes this rose as having no scent. I would say the scent is just shy of strong! In fact, several people have wondered where 'that nice scent' in my garden is coming from. I take them to Orange Triumph they sniff it and say - yep that's it! I too notice the scent while working several feet away from it. I sent a message to ARE to let them know their description is misleading. I don't think they believed me! SO - DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ, and if you have decided not to get this rose because as stated in the ARE catolog and website 'Sadly this rose has no scent' that's a shame!

And that's why HelpMeFind is such a valuable resource. People from all over the world can share their insights and experience. That's what HMF is all about.
I doubt ARE doesn't believe you - I assume their 'Orange Triumph' has little or no scent. We've often been very surprised at the variation in bloom color, bloom cycle, fragrance and hardiness reported by different site guests.
Now if everyone would share their experience like you have imagine how useful HMF could be.

What is interesting is I got it at ARE BECAUSE of its scent! I was familiar with it but thought it would be the wrong rose for me because I wanted one with a scent. I was strolling through ARE and noticed it and took a sniff. I bought it that same day. Later on I told them that their rose definitely had a scent. --- Oh well!
