Class: Polyantha.   (Series: Earth Kind ™)   
Bloom: Apricot, light pink undertones, ages to white .  Strong fragrance.  Small, very full (41+ petals), in large clusters, reflexed, scalloped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, ovoid buds.   
Habit: Short, few or no prickles/thorns.  Glossy, medium green foliage.  
 Height: 3' to 6' (90 to 185cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
 
Growing: USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose or garden.  Very hardy.   
Patents: Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind). 
Notes: Heirloom Old Garden Roses says Perle d'Or has small perfectly formed buds of apricot-peach produced in clusters on a compact plant with rich, dark green foliage. It is almost thornless and very similar to 'Cecile Brunner' except for the color...Some differences of opinion about parentage and breeder, see References.
