Alex Dickson have two, Kathleen Kennedy and... The former bloomed in clusters of four to six with cupped blooms, silvery flesh inside with a pink reverse; 35 petals and a Pernetiana odour... Neither of these will create much excitement.

Mr Frank Mason, New Zealand Roses.
Kathleen Kennedy did not impress me. It is a salmon carmine, and there is salmon in the mixture. It has not grown well, but is in a dry situation, and that may account for its behaviour.

Kathleen Kennedy (A. Dickson and Sons), as it bloomed here, was quite a good flower of 40 petals, but in a class already over supplied. It was difficult to arouse any enthusiasm, as the salmon pink colour lacked distinctiveness. Good growth and fragrance do not make up for other faults.

Kathleen Kennedy, H.T. (A. Dickson and Sons, Ireland). The colour is a mixture of salmon, carmine and orange; the petals are very large and the form very promising for exhibition purposes. The growth is vigorous and perfectly hardy.
