Introduced in France by Meilland et Cie in 1939 as 'Neige Parfum'.
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. in 1942 as 'Neige Parfum'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1950 as 'Neige Parfum'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, cream shading.  Hyacinth, verbena fragrance.  Strong, lemon fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short.  Leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.
