'Pink Parfait'   Medium   Pink    Remontant  P3   H3  ****
This is a refined and elegant variety, with long petals for a Floribunda, in pink colours which are variable  but always  gentle; the base of the petals is cream,  which sometimes trespasses higher  into the flower. It was raised from 'First Love' x 'Pinocchio' by Herbert Swim, and introduced  by Armstrong Nurseries in 1960.
Book  (1968)  Page(s) 62.

Mrs. Heather Rumsey.  The Best Of The Floribundas.
The second variety in this category is Pink Parfait, which is just about the most free flowering rose raised so far. It, too, makes a lovely hedge, lower than 'Queen Elizabeth', and more resembling the Floribunda type growth, although as I have seen this growing in Tasmania, the bloom is easily twice the size that we get in Sydney, and there it looks more like a Hybrid Tea.
