Stormy Weather ORAfantanow A shrubby rose that has its origin in ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ may be grown as a free standing shrub with graceful overhanging, owering branches or trained on pillar or fence and even over 2m high arches. The colouring of semi-double blooms is a ‘stormy’ combination of lavender, blue and magenta.
