'Seaspray' is not white, in fact, but palest pink, flushed darker - an exquisite combination. it is also well scented and the plant is bushy, low and spreading, with bright green foliage. Sam McGredy was the raiser, John Mattock of Oxford the introducer in 1982. Try it as a Ground Cover rose. 'Moana' x 'Anytime'. Repeat flowering. Fragrant.
