Bred by Colin Dickson (1956-....) (United Kingdom, before 2000).
Class:
Shrub.

Medium, climbing, dense, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for ground cover.  Vigorous.  can be trained as a climber.  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).

Notes:
"This shrub with miniature leaves and flowers is planted in the show garden of the Rosen-Union in Steinfurth, Germany. Its breeder seemingly is Dickson, but it was not yet named and therefore not introduced either. The personnel at the garden did not know more about the rose except what the label read and that it was already "more than ten" years old."
