[From Harkness Roses website]
High Sheriff 2009. Star Rating:  5  Scent:  5  Petal Count:  25  Flower Size:  6 cm. Flowers per Cluster:  3-5. 60 cm tall x 50 cm wide. A very tempting flower as the colours are those of honey and champagne. It is a rounded flower in clusters of an average of 5 blooms, and unusually for a patio rose, there is a pleasing perfume. The leaf is a good dark green, which is an effective contrast to the flower colour. Once established the bush is hardy, but it likes to be in a protected site when young. As with the other patio roses, it is happy to perform in a planter, beds, borders or low hedges.  Registered Name:    Hartabard
Magazine  (2009)  Page(s) 9. Vol 103. part 1.  Includes photo(s).

A striking, compact rose with blooms of champagne with honey buff overtones. Repeat blooming is outstanding. The glossy foliage shows exceptional disease tolerance, which makes this an easy-to-grow rose. Selected for the High Sheriffs Association to replace the existing High Sheriff rose which had served for eighteen years.
