Introduced in France by Petales de Roses in 2009 as 'Valchlea'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Yellow, ages to cream .  Strong, fruity fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 32" to 39" (80 to 100cm).
