John Nieuwesteeg: ....and you may as well mention a hybrid between R. foliolosa and R. willmottiae that we've got and thinking of registering soon. We're planning on calling it R. x Nieuwesteegii.

Sue Zwar. Some Favourite Roses from the Pre-Conference Tour. John Nieuwesteeg also grows R. willmottiae, but with a difference. He has a beautiful hybrid of R. willmottiae and R. foliolosa[*] that came up between its two parents and which he is thinking of registering because of the beauty of the plant which has taken on the best attributes of both its beautiful parents.
