I have had the Sweet Dream (Flyminicot) for about 4 years and it has only flowered once and that was when it was bought.
I have kept it in a pot, It has been fed with plant feeder also, cut it back and now at present it has grown to about 18 inches.
No flowers as yet.
Please can someone tell what I am doing wrong and how I can make it flower.

How many hours of direct sun light does this plant receive? Has the soil be replenished at any time during the four years you've grown it? Does the pot drain, or does the water collect in a saucer beneath it? What is the specific fertilizer you've used and at what strength and frequency? In what city and state do you live? Does the direct sun shine on the pot for any length of time daily? If so, how long, and what size and type of pot is it planted in? All of these, and probably a few more which don't immediately come to mind, can influence this plant and its willingness to bloom.

Sweet Dream does take time to settle in and bloom so perhaps it is one of those roses that doesn't like growing in a container. Try not cutting it back as some roses will only bloom when they reach a certain height. If possible re-plant into a larger container (18 in) using a bag of potting soil not ordinary garden soil. Roses hate wet feet so make sure the container drains well. If it still won't bloom, then use a tomato fertilizer on it and just following the directions for a tomato plant on the package.

I have had the rose Sweet Dream growing in a pot for a couple of years now. It never stops flowering. Your problem may be that it is a small climber to about a metre and a half. It needs to grow to it designated height (like climbers do after their initial out burst of flowering) before it will consider flowering again. it is a particularly sweet little rose. Iu love it.
