Code name seems to imply it shares some of the lineage found in 'Centre of Attention', but that does not explain the hand painted trait.

I would guess that [ Santa Claus ® (miniature, Olesen/Poulsen, 1991/95) × Queen Mother (floribunda, Kordes before 1990)] may have been the seed parent and some type of hand painted was used for pollen.
