Shrub.  

Yellow, yellow stamens.  None to mild fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).

Can be used for ground cover.
