Class:
Climber.  
Bloom:
Violet-red, white center.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Prolific, once-blooming spring or summer.  Medium buds.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  7 to 9 leaflets.  

Height: 8' to 15' (245 to 455cm).  Width: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm).
Growing:
Can be used for pillar.  Suitable for a pillar.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , mildew resistant.  
Breeder's notes:
Plant Key value 70: This plant exhibits moderate suseptibility to black spot in early spring. In central Texas it requires preventative action during that period to control it. After May, no spraying is reqired. Sensitive to alkaline conditions. Died 2012 - reason unknown.
