    That's maybe, because You are listed as having this plant.
    Maybe You have to remove it from Your own cuttings list.
    I was able to want it!

    I don't have the plant and selected that I WANT cuttings.

    The SYSTEM indicates I HAVE cuttings and would not let me alter the selection.

    I've tried multiple times and ways to alter the system. It will not respond on my end.

    OK, I tried in a different browser.

    It finally allows me to say I WANT cuttings but now won't allow me to delete that I have cuttings.

    This is not the first time this has happened to me.

    There's a software glitch somewhere that needs to be resolved.

    Did You try that from Your own account Tab Cuttings (My Plant Cuttings)?
    I managed to remove this rose from there.
