This rose has some dieback. There are maybe 3 or 4 upright canes left about 4' tall.

Dear Mashamcl, How I love your photographs. Not only incredibly beautiful, but full of identifying characteristics of the roses as well.
I am seeing some similarities between "Legacy of Henry Leutzinger" and the American foundling "St. Helena Cemetery Very Double HT". As well as the Australian foundling "Mrs. Frances Pickles".
The similarities between "Mrs. Frances Pickles" and "Legacy of Henry Leutzinger" are the upward-reflexing sepals and the colour showing yellow in the center. However, I cannot see any glands or prickles on the pedicel of "Legacy of Henry Leutzinger" and the bush seems to be more prickly than "Mrs. Frances Pickles". In the Members Comments for "Mrs. Frances Pickles", I have listed a few possibilities which you may like to have a look at - 'Antoine Rivoire' 1895; 'Lady Greenall' 1911 and 'St. Helena' 1912.
