Notes:
Peter Harris supplied this information: This rose cultivar, created in 1985, is an F6 seedling from a cross between 'Esperanza' and a tetraploid seedling of Rosa rugosa, by the late Dr. Meneve. The rose was named after the city in Belgium called Le Roeulx for the 25th anniversary of the rose trials there. The rose won several prizes: in Paris, Genova and Orleans.
