Shrub.  

White, lemon-yellow shading.  Strong fragrance.  up to 50 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Very large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Spreading.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 4¼' to 6'7" (130 to 200cm).  

Vigorous.  can be trained as a climber.  

"Metelitsa" (Snowstorm) is a traditional Russian folk song and dance.
