.. nel maggio dell’82 è stata presentata un’altra nova rosa rossa, di taglia piccola, che in occasione della celebrazione del Centenario della morte di Garibaldi venne chiamata Anita Garibaldi, ambedue ottenute dall’ibridatore Domenico Mansuino di Sanremo, nipote del grande ibridatore Quinto Mansuino.

Translation and comments ".. in may ’82 another new, short, red rose was introduced and, on occasion of the celebration of the centenary of Garibaldi death, was named Anita Garibaldi (wife of Giuseppe Garibaldi), both (the other being Cara Nervi) were bred in Sanremo by the breeder Domenico Mansuino, nephew of the great breeder Quinto Mansuino. "
