Introduced in United States by Stell Rose Nursery as 'Queen Dorothy Bell'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Scarlet.  Roses velvety scarlet.  Very double, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Light green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.
