Anyone noticed hips on this variety?

Under the rose facts about this rose it is listet with a height of 45 cm. That has to be wrong, in David Austins latest book David Austin The English Roses this rose is descrbed as a tall shrub.
In their website it is also described as a tall shrub or a small climber.

So 45 cm in height seems to be a little on the short side for this rose.

More than a little on the short side! I'm thinking it should have been 4.5 feet, not 45 cm.
