'Hugo Roller' growing in a position with only morning sun. This seems to suit it. The blooms maintain a pleasant colour, unlike back when I had it in full sun all day. This bloom is low on the bush, towards the western side, where it will lose the sun earliest. The pinks appear less intense in this location. Scent is still as good as ever. This plant, ex-T4R on multiflora, is completely thornless. (The variegated foliage at the right is a coleus, and near the bottom is a bromeliad.)

'Hugo Roller' growing in a position with only morning sun. This seems to suit it. The blooms maintain a pleasant colour, unlike back when I had it in full sun all day. These two are near the top of the bush, towards the eastern side, where they get the most sun. This plant, ex-T4R on multiflora, is completely thornless. (The plant in the background is an epiphyllum, in a hanging basket.)

Hugo has been doing unusual things lately. A couple of blooms have had the colouring inside out: white on the outside, and pink in the middle.
