I actually doubt the identity of the pollen parent. 'Charles de Mills' is so double it NEVER makes anthers... even in warm weather where flowers can be less double (though it is unlikely to flower in warm weather, anyway), and it is unlikely to throw repeaters. 'Charles de Mills' works as a seed parent only.
