Each flower of Alison Madden has about 25 rose-pink petals, with a white line from base to tip. The stems tend to be floppy.

It's obvious from the photos that Alison Madden is a HT shrub with many prickles all over the stems and matt khaki-green leaves. The buds are long, pointed and dark red. More when I know more.
