Bred by Unknown Dutch origin (Netherlands, before 1790).
Introduced in France by Godefroy in before 1837 as 'Camelot Roos'.
Introduced in France by Julien-Alexandre Hardy / Roseraie du Luxembourg in 1837 as 'Pyramidale violette'.
Class:
Gallica / Provins.  
Bloom:
Violet.  
Habit:
Grey-green foliage.
