New Roses 1927.
Star of Prague (Hyb. Rugosa). Blood red. Rugosa seedling x 'Edward Mawley'. A variety of upright growth with particularly thorny stems similar to most Rugosa types. The blooms are very full and richly sweet scented. So far, only of interest to hybridists. 4/- each.
