Apparently named Dynamite™ BAM! (Geus4310).
There are photos of it on conceptplants dot com, but I don't want to risk linking copyrighted photos ... or giving them free advertising after tracking down this info.

Thank you for the synonym. Strangelky, the patent states a flower diameter of 4 cm (1.5"), while concept plants speaks of 3.2"

The photos looked miniflora size, and not the high end of miniflora, so I would guess below 3".
I think things will be lost in translation and communication between The Netherlands way of marketing and North America. Its a common trend I have noticed.

Among the more unusual rose patents I have read. I think the female parents name means Jacob's Stem Rose, and I am guessing Stem Rose refers to greenhouse roses. I am guessing it is the miniature to miniflora size.
Another way of reading it is Jaap Stam Rose, where Jaap Stam is well-known a Dutch football (US: Soccer) manager.
Stam rose also brings up dwarf wichurana types of roses made for tree roses. Maybe someone that is Dutch can chime in and clarify.
