Colin P. Horner, The 1994 Rose Seedling Awards in Great Britain.
The most notable for me was a Shrub B40-89 (T.G.1218), growing to around three feet  in height, with a rounded habit, producing masses of quite large deep yellow semi-double blooms which gave an excellent display. It was raised by Interplant B.V.  Certificate of Merit.
