Edmund's Roses catalog says "Hardy to Zone 4"

Commercial hardiness indications are not always reliable. Among gardens listing theis rose we have Zone 6b.

When the description says "terminal clusters" does that mean no more new growth at the end of that branch?

The plant blooms in clusters at the end of the branch. After the blooms fade and fall off, the branch restarts growing from an eye lower on the branch. Pruning the branch of the upper section facilitates new growth.
