VIN-819 is the code for International Rose Trials of the variety VLR001 trademark Chinook Sunrise which is already an entry of HMF.

Guessing the seed parent is a Frontenac hybrid, and the pollen parent is a Yellow Submarine parent. Based on the patent descriptions, the codename pattern for 'Campfire', and their prior work.
In other words, they'd (this rose and its plausibly related introductions) probably be good candidates for black spot resistance testing.

This one has set OP hips mid season. I'm hoping they will ripen before the hard frosts come. Disease resistance was very good here while growing in a pot all season.
