Bred by Tom Carruth (United States, before 2019).
Introduced in United States by Spring Hill Nurseries in 2019 as 'Burst of Joy'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange, darker edges, yellow reverse.  Mild, tea fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  
Height of 4' to 5' (120 to 150 cm).  Width of 4' to 5' (120 to 150 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Can be used for container rose or garden.
