Bloom: Orange, darker edges, yellow reverse.  Mild, tea fragrance.  24 to 32 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.   
Habit: Medium, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Medium green foliage.  5 leaflets.  
 Height: 39" to 5¼' (100 to 160cm).  Width: 42" to 4'11" (110 to 150cm).
 
Growing: USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Can be used for container rose or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.

 This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Floribunda Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as `BAIpeace` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 14,731) and as its pollen parent the variety known as `WEKzazette` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 23,289). ... The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Pomona, Calif. in the month of November.
