p68.  Certificates of Merit awarded to 'French Connection'  (Somteenink) FL.  Bred by Rob Somerfield; Glenavon Roses. Trial No. 5011 This extremely healthy rose bush with its dark green glossy foliage had a semi erect habit of medium  height. Flowers generally were borne in small clusters and late summer often single flower to a stem. Cerise to salmon pink colour was enhanced by the attractive foliage. The flower however seemed a  mix of old fashion and modern floribunda and did not hit the spot with me. Will be a good garden rose and will always have flowers.
