Top row "Evandale Library rose". Lower row, a rose collected from the Hay Courthouse, thought to be a robust form of Mme Joseph Schwartz. It will climb with provocation. Some of its buds have redder stems.

Growing in semi-shade in northern Tasmania. A cutting-grown plant from it is climbing and flowering well near Brisbane. Considered to be Cl. Mme Joseph Schwartz.

South Australia, zone 9b, autumn, 5-6 weeks after an unseasonal summer downpour. Doubling its petal count. Producing lots of buds but mine isn't climbing yet.
