Unknown, Found Rose.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Medium-large, very full (41+ petals), button-eye, old-fashioned, quartered bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall.  
Growing:
USDA zone 4a and warmer.  Very hardy.  very vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
This rose was first found by Nina Nemkova (NN) in St. Petersburg, Russia in the Okkervil region in the summer of 2014. Discovered by Elena Mumrina after a phone call by Nina Nemkova (NN).
Okkervil is a river in St. Petersburg.
Okkervil is a municipal district in St. Petersburg.
