Found Rose.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Small clusters.
Petals can have a white (china) striping.
Filaments: white to yellow.
Glandular pedicel and sepals. Smooth receptacle
Hips: sets yellow or light orange pear-shaped hips early in summer.

Not ‘Conditorum’ which shows more stamens and round red hips.
Not ‘Gloire des Rosomanes’ which is planted a few metres away in Patricia’s garden and has red filaments
Not ‘Mrs Anthony Waterer’ which rarely sets hips.

This rose came to me in 2002 as 'Rose du Roi a fleurs Pourpre'. I think the donor was aware that it may not have been the real one. For some reason, I had it labelled in my garden for years as R. gallica officinalis. One photo has a comparison with R. gall officinalis (below). My plant is on its own roots and has never suckered.
